I didn’t think we’d ever see this true Spring moment of time, with the drastic winter we had on the east coast. Although we are a bit behind schedule with the “April showers bring May flowers” phrase, I’m embracing the hint of Spring we have with bold floral patterns. Biking through the famous block of Addison Street in Philadelphia on my new Solé Bicycle, I use this early time of the season to wear knits without having to add extra layers. The point of wearing a bold print like this sweatshirt from Zara is so that the print can be seen!
No matter what you consider to be your sense of style, you can incorporate floral prints in a simple, yet impactful way. I actually enjoy and have recently styled looks with total floral looks, but I prefer keeping the floral patterns to one piece, and letting it add to the full look. Pairing the sweatshirt with my super comfortable pants by Theory, and suede moccasins from Florsheim by Duckie Brown, I keep the look casual, and perfect for a super chill stroll down the Philly streets.
