The style at Pitti Uomo, the premier tradeshow in Italy was tremendous as usual; sartorial gents wore their best at Fortezza de Basso. Whether bespoke, dandy, or ready-to-wear, it was all done with ultimate style, and no compromise of what the weather may dictate. On the last day of the fair, where most were leaving for Milan, there were still men who took the last day just as serious as the previous days of Pitti Uomo.
It was refreshing to see some taking a more relaxed approach by wearing sneakers – which was actually a very smart and financially astute idea since the gravel at the fair will eat your leather soles alive. It was also great to see the perfect execution of separates, demonstrating the importance of creativity and intelligence with your personal style.
Here are my shots from PItti, representing style that I admire.
