The Pamella Roland Spring 2013 Collection brought an elegant risk to luxurious looks for the modern woman. A modest, yet powerful look would transform into a sensual alter ego when turned around; and this was always tasteful and appropriate for any woman. Sheer backs were alluring, while high necklines draped dramatically into trains, creating a glamourous element to the piece. Inspired by the works of painter and sculptor Ellsworth Kelly, the collection was sharp and geometric, with vibrant pops of color in the midst of a black and white palette. Subtle details made even bigger statements with the signature embellishment work done by Pamella – best seen with the maco bead detailing on the kaftan inspired floor length dress in the collection.
