I couldn’t help but take note of Mitt Romney’s facial expressions during the GOP debate in Jacksonville, Florida. I sat with my camera phone just to catch these moments, which seemed to occur any time another GOP candidate was speaking. I don’t believe that Romney has a dangerous amount of elitism – any different than any other wealthy, successful politician – but it’s really hard to not think of Romney as condescending and self-indulged, when he makes faces like the ones above; Seriously, if someone made these faces while you were talking, wouldn’t you go straight to your PACs and ask them to make more negative campaigns?
